We built the payout rail we could not find.
Build More started in Lusaka in 2023 after a creator with 2 million monthly views told us she had never been paid for a single one of them. Brands had budgets. Creators had audiences. Nothing sat in between that worked across borders.
Build More is a content rewards marketplace. Brands fund a budget and publish a rate per 1,000 views. Creators anywhere on the continent post a clip, submit the link, and are paid on views a reviewer has verified. We hold the money in between and take a single fee for doing it.

Why we exist
Pay African creators for the attention they already earn, in the currency and the wallet they already use.
That sentence sets what we build and what we refuse to. It is why creators are never charged, why the fee split is published on the pricing page, and why a payout goes to a mobile money wallet rather than an account most creators cannot open.
What we believe
Four positions the product argues for
None of these are values on a wall. Each one shows up as a decision in the product, and each one costs us something to hold.
- Attention is already being earned
- African creators produce enormous view volume every day. The gap was never talent or audience. It was a way to price that attention and move money to the person who created it.
- A rate beats a negotiation
- Published rates per 1,000 views remove the part of this industry where the loudest account gets paid and a smaller one with better numbers does not. Everyone sees the same price.
- Verification is the product
- Anybody can pay for posts. The difficult part is checking that the views were real, and doing it fast enough that a creator is not left waiting on their money.
- Payout rails decide who participates
- A platform that only pays into foreign bank accounts excludes most of the continent. Mobile money is the default here, in the creator’s own currency.

Most of the team is not building software. They are opening clips, checking analytics screenshots and releasing payouts, because that is the work that makes the numbers on this site trustworthy. The rest keep the rails running across every market we operate in.
We are based at Levy Business Park, Church Road, Lusaka, Zambia, and open to visitors during office hours.
